Many of ED’s first comics were done in classes. I would draw many of them at first in Physics. It was not the most entertaining of classes for me. This sketch comic is a return to those days. I drew this comic in Nonverbal Communication during some down time in 2009. This is the first comic that featured ED’s new partner in Business Warrior department. I wanted another character to help ED on his journey. I wanted him to be different than ED too. Since ED is big the new character is small. Thus Rabbit was born. He was also born to do some other cool things which you will see in the coming months.
This joke might look a little familiar too. This was a How I Met Your Mother joke. Barney has a feud with a guy in a neighboring building and decides to send him a box of crickets or something like that. It was a great episode, even though this part took maybe twenty seconds total of the show. I really enjoy HIMYM, it’s the best show on CBS by far. Well that’s it for me. ~ Michael
The third Zuda comic is here. It’s a beautiful thing. Nothing like an awesome story about corporate theft. I’ve been one to believe in corporate theft. I’ve taken pens and post it notes. One job I took a pad of paper. I never actually took anything that was worth money. Most of the pens I took was by walking off with them on accident. What’s the biggest thing you’ve taken from your work? Don’t worry Ed won’t come and try to hang you. Remember they don’t do that anymore. ~ Michael
This blog was not part of the original line up for Zuda, but it is a little time sensitive. Being that it’s for the month of May I decided it needs to be out there before it’s over. If you know anything about me you should know I love a good burger. My number one burger joint right now is Five Guys. They make the best burgers I’ve ever tasted. I know this might offend some people, but Five Guys is even better than In ‘n Out Burger. I’ve had both and I can say I prefer a good Five Guys any day. Now In ‘n Out is amazing too. I love their burgers. I don’t think it’s one is extremely better than the other, it’s just I cant get In ‘n Out where I live and Five Guys is just as good in my opinion. So to celebrate Hamburger and Salad month go out and get yourself a hamburger and pass on the salad. It’s good for you. ~ Michael
Welcome to the very first Sunday special. These Sunday special are a look back at what has come in the crazy world of ED before this new webcomic. This is one of the very first sketches of ED I drew. This hearkens back to 2006 when I was sitting in a boring physics class at Boise State University. Out of boredom ED was born. At first he was just a fat guy with a sword drawn in my note books. This was ED at his most basic design. I hope you enjoy the first of many specials to come.
Here is the second comic in my eight comic series for Zuda, although I did do more than eight comics in case I won the competition. My comics are not so much about building a huge story where you have to read every comic from the beginning. I wanted to take more of a you can enjoy each comic by itself, with maybe a few that need reference back to a strip or two. I hope you enjoy Ed.
Welcome to the first Ed the Business Warrior Comic. This comic was originally going to be my submission to Zuda Comics for their competition. In fact I did submit this comic to Zuda, but about five weeks after submitting this comic Zuda decide to stop doing the competition. Thus my comic is limbo now. I still own the rights to the comic, but I don’t know what Zuda is planning to do. For the time being I’ve decide to put out my comic this way. I hope you enjoy.
The time has come for ED the business warrior. Mandy is having problem like normal with ED’s style of warrioring it up. Let’s all hope that Ed, Rabbit, and Mandy can get along. Stay tuned for the new adventures of everyone’s favorite Business Warrior.
