    We grilled yesterday and two days before that. We did BBQ chicken yesterday. Just sprinkled garlic salt (sparingly) and paprika on the chicken. Let sit at room temp. for 30 minutes. Grill till the right internal temp. coating with BBQ sauce at last 15 minutes. The chicken was just right. Dad used a probe to check for the right temp.
